The RJ45 connector MFP8-SL is the ideal solution for any application with large headroom in confined spaces. Its robust housing is just 44 mm long – and just 35 mm when mated. It also exceeds the standards specifications by far. Whether in office, data center, industrial or physical security applications or home networks, the MFP8-SL offers maximum flexibility at minimum effort. Installation of the MFP8-SL is quick and easy. It is suitable for 10, 25 and 40 Gigabit Ethernet and thanks to its particularly short housing it can be used also in application where standard RJ45 plugs are simply too long. And thanks to the handy wire manager literally anyone can now install RJ45 plugs.

Telegärtner’s MFP8-SL is the shortest RJ45 plug of the proven MFP8 series. Just 44 mm long – and just 35 mm when mated – it is the ideal solution for any application that needs high data rates but offers only little space. One of the many benefits of the short RJ45 plug is its robust and easy-to-install housing. It can be installed in less than 60 seconds without any special tools. The MFP8-SL is available in Category 6A for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Category 8.1 for 40 Gigabit Ethernet. It transmits the highest date rate that is specified for structured cabling with copper cables and still offers more than enough headroom.
